Dear Chaciyd{kaw-seed}(Saints),

For whosoever shall qara’{kaw-raw} call out, cry out, proclaim, utter aloud, call upon the name of YAHUAH shall be yasha{yaw-sha} save, delivered, liberated (Romans 10:13).  In this verse of scripture Sha’ul (Paul) stressed how vital it is for us to know YAHUAH’s name.  He is quoting a passage from the book of Yo’YAH (Joel)2:32 And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall qara’(call) on the name of YAHUAH shall be delivered. YAHUSHA also stressed how vital it is for us to know YAHUAH’s name.  When teaching his limmuwd/lamad (taught ones, disciples)  to palal (pray) at the very beginning of His model Tphillal{tef-il-law} (prayer), ahead of so many other important matters.  He taught them to ask that the name of YAHUAH be qadash{kaw-dash} consecrated, sanctified, dedicated, hallowed, set apart, sacred, observed as kaw-dash.  But is not YAHUAH name already {kaw-dash}? Of course it is.  When we {kaw-dash} (sanctify) YAHUAH’S name, we do not make it more {kaw-dash} than it is but rather we recognize to observe it as {kaw-dash}, set it apart and hold it in the highest esteem.  When we palal (pray) for YAHUAH’S name to be {kaw-dash}, we are looking for a time when all the ‘erets (inhabitants of the land, earth) will respect His name as {kaw-dash}, sacred and set apart.

YAHUAH has a name, YAHUAH, and His name appears about seven thousand (7,000) times in the Scripture.  It is very important for us to restore that name to it’s rightful place, especially in our Biblical translations of today.  If the name is not there, how can Dawiyd (David) words be fulfilled: “And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, YAHUAH, hast not forsaken them that seek thee” Tehillim (Psalms) 9:10.

Knowing YAHUAH’s name means more than merely having head knowledge of the fact that His name is YAHUAH.  In the book of Shemoth (Exodus) when Mosheh (Moses) was on the top of Mount Ciynay{see-nah’-ee}(Sinai),  YAHUAH descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and qara {kaw-raw} (proclaimed, call out, recited, utter aloud the name of YAHUAH).  Not only did YAHUAH pronounced His name to Mosheh (Moses) but He also gave Mosheh a description of his qualities.  And He” qara (proclaimed) YAHUAH, YAHUAH (The Almighty One of Yashar'YAH), racham {raw-kham’}(compassionate and merciful), and chanan {khaw-nan’}(shown favour and consideration, longsuffering, and rabab {raw-bab’}(abundant, great, strong, exceedingly, much) in chacad{kaw-sad’}(goodness, kindness, faithfulness) and `emeth/`aman (truth, stability, reliability, supporter, nourisher, firmness, to be certain, to believe in, trust).  Natsar {naw-tsar}(keeping, guarding, watching, preserving) chacad kaw-sad (mercy) for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgressions and sin . . .” Shemoth (Exodus) 34: 5-7.  Again , shortly before Mosheh death, he spoke to Yashar'YAH saying:  I will qara (proclaim, cry out, pronounce, utter aloud, publish) the name of YAHUAH Yahab {yaw-hab’}(give, provide, a scribe) ye greatness unto our YAHUAH.  Look at what followed:  Mosheh mention some of His great attributes, and then give a review of what YAHUAH had accomplished toward Yashar'YAH for the sake of His name. Debarim (Deuteronomy) 32:3-43  Hence, knowing YAHUAH’S name means knowing what that name represents and the YAHUAH (Strong and Mighty One) who possesses it.

Since YAHUAH has linked His name with His qualities, purposes, and acts; we can biyn (understand) why the Scripture teaches us that YAHUAH’S name is {kaw-dash} and we should not chalal {khaw-lal}(profane, defile, pollute, desecrate, dishonour) His {kaw-dash} name.  HALALYAHUAH (Praise YAHUAH)!!! Wayyiqra (Leviticus) 22:32.

YAHUAH’S name is more than a mere label.  It represents Him as a person.  It was never just merely a temporary name to be used for period of time and then to be suspended and/or substituted by titles such as “LORD” and “GOD.” YAHUAH himself said unto Mosheh (Moses) “YAHUAH. . . this is my name for ever and this is my memorial unto all generationsShemoth (Exodus) 3:15.

Men have tried and will try to eliminate YAHUAH’S name form the earth.  But will not succeed.  They bring much confusion with so many hybrid titles and pronunciations of the name.

YAHUAH reminds us in scripture that from the rising of the sun and the going down of the same my name [shall be] great among the Gentiles (nations) and in every place incense [shall be] offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name [shall be] great among the heathen, saith YAHUAH Tseva’ot (YAHUAH of host).

YAHUSHA taught His limmuwd/lamad (disciples) when you palal (pray), palal after this manner: A-vee-noo    she-ba-shah-ma-yeem    yeet-kad-dash    sh’-me-khah (Our Father who art in heaven be sanctified your name).  YAHUSHA instructed them to always palal first to YAHUAH that His name be consecrate, dedicate, separate, honoured, and treated and observed as sacred because the sanctification of YAHUAH’S name is far more important than any other issue.  All of YAHUAH’S purposes are linked to His name.  This is why we must know YAHUAH’s name.  YAHUAH IS HIS NAME.

In the Yachal (Hope) of YAHUSHA MashaYAH,
